Barney Cull is a supporting character in The Harry Hill Movie. He is a member of the Shell People, who befriends Harry Hill after Harry helps in saving his people's children from a gift shop. He also returns the favour later on in the film by saving Harry and his Nan from The Brains.
Barney appears in All Star Smashers as a Master Spirit, where you must fight Otto Hill at Plastination to obtain him. When fighting Otto, the battle will be timed, Otto will be metal and will have lots of super armour.
