Ben & Small are the co-hosts of Big Cook, Little Cook a cooking television series for nursery school aged children, broadcast on BBC television channels, particularly CBeebies. Ben is a full sized adult, but Small is only a few inches tall, and flies around on a wooden spoon.
Ben & Small appear in All Star Smashers as a Primary Spirit, as an Ace class, where you must fight Garfield at Hamsterville as a character of your choosing to obtain them. When fighting Garfield, his physical attack power will increase, hostile Assist Trophies will appear, and his general stats severely increase.
