Kisko is a supporting antagonist in The Harry Hill Movie. He works as a henchman for Otto Hill, along with his partner, Ed. Throughout the movie, he and Ed try to kidnap Harry Hill's hamster, Abu, using various disguises to do so, with little success. He also speaks very little, only speaking when he chooses to as he claims that he "chooses his words carefully".
Kisko appears in All Star Smashers as an assist character for Otto, aiding him in various ways, such as his Neutral B and several of his normal attacks.
