Mr. Grumpy is a character in the Mr. Men series. As his name implies, he is the grumpiest person in the world. He's always in a bad mood, hating anyone or anything he comes across. He can't stand books so he tears out all of the pages from it, so that it's a waste of money to buy them.
Mr. Grumpy appears in All Star Smashers as a Primary Spirit, as an Advanced class, where you must fight Finn Palmer at Arbuckle Lane as a character of your choosing to obtain him. When fighting Finn, he will favour his special moves, they'll have increased effectiveness and his Neutral B will have no cooldown.
