Neil Buchanan is an English television presenter, artist, and musician. He is mostly famous for presenting the CITV programme Art Attack, which he also co-created, during its original run from 1990 to 2007. He also presented other shows, including Finders Keepers and It's a Mystery. He also produced and appeared in ZZZap! as Smart Arty.
Neil appears in All Star Smashers as a Support Spirit, as an Ace class, where you must fight Steve Burns, Maxwell and Lily at Plastination as 3 characters of your own choosing to obtain him. When fighting Steve, Maxwell and Lily, the battle will be a 3 on 3 battle, palettes will depend on the team's colour, and teammates will temporarily change colour and turn their back on you.
